What Hey Krab processes

When you choose to use Hey Krab, the service processes your email, preferred name, language and voice preference. During an active session it processes the point-in-time screenshots you choose to share, spoken requests, typed requests and the guidance generated for your session.

Why

The data is used to understand the software screen you selected and generate the next guidance step, speech response and optional guide PDF. Hey Krab does not click, type or continuously record your screen.

Your choices

You can refuse or withdraw consent before a session, stop screen sharing in your browser, stop the session in Hey Krab and withdraw saved data-sharing consent from Profile. You can request access, deletion or ask a privacy question through support@heykrab.com.

AI and sharing

Hey Krab uses live generative AI. Output may be incorrect and must be reviewed before you act. Data is transmitted to the Hey Krab online service using HTTPS. Do not share screens containing information you are not authorized to disclose.

Retention and updates

Hey Krab keeps data only for the period necessary to provide the service, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and resolve support requests. This notice will be updated before material changes to data handling take effect.
